   Delivery time: From 2-3 days for domestic shipping, and 7-10 days for international shippingexcept Saturday, Sunday.

 

 

   • Things to note when receiving the product, if there is a problem with the order, please contact us within 3 days of successful receipt.
   • JenLie will confirm to support sizing/complaint products as quickly as possible.
   • In addition, Jenlie has a policy to change color/change other products for customers. The exchange value must be equal to or higher than the purchased product.

Note: when submitting content, please send with the account the customer used to place the order.
   Step 2: Please send the product to be returned to the address 203 Tuy Nhac Street, Cam An Ward, Hoi An City, VietNam
and send us your delivery route
After receiving the product, we will conduct an inspection to exchange it for you as quickly as possible
Note: Returned products must be intact with tags, not dirty, not washed.
  Step 3: Please check your gmail, we will send the exchange order route
